Boarding instructions Please arrive at your pick-up 15 minutes to ensure a prompt departure. * Our Vancouver City Centre stop is located outside of the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Melville Street near Burrard Metro Station.  * Our Squamish stop is located at the Squamish Adventure Centre, 38551 Loggers Lane, beside Highway 99. * Our Whistler stop is located at the Whistler Gateway loop next to the Whistler Visitor Centre or we can drop you off at Creekside Village near Legends Hotel Due to a restriction in the system, we can only collect information on departure time for your origin trip. We will e-mail to ask your chosen departure time on the return journey.

How to use your ticket

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. skis, snowboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
