Cruise from Sliema to Comino Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon & Sea Caves

Overview

Departing from the Sliema ferries, this cruise takes you to the island of Comino, situated between Malta and Gozo. The journey follows the northern coast, passing the Sliema promenade, St Julian's Bay, St George's Bay, Qawra Bay, St Paul's Bay and St Paul's Island, as well as Mellieha Bay, with a brief photo stop at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo. The itinerary varies by season. From November to May, a 4-hour stop is scheduled at the Blue Lagoon. From May to October, the programme includes a stop of approximately 45 minutes at Crystal Lagoon (St Nicholas Bay) and a 2 to 3-hour stay at the Blue Lagoon, weather permitting. On board, you have access to a water slide and nautical facilities. The trip concludes with a panoramic view of the Comino sea caves on the return journey to Sliema. Two options are available: a full 7.5-hour excursion or a shorter 5.5-hour cruise with reduced stop times at Crystal Lagoon (45 min) and the Blue Lagoon (2 h).

    Boat stops at Blue Lagoon for approximately 2hours or 3.5 hours (depending on which option you opt for, 5.5 hr option stops 2hours at Blue lagoon and 45 minutes at Crystal lagoon) Free time to explore the island and go to the beach (landing pass required)or use the boat as a base. IMPORTANT: If you want to get off the boat at Comino Blue Lagoon, please register to obtain QR Code and choose afternoon slot 13.31 - 17.30

Please look for the Luzzu Cruises boat Mv Kataleya, Mv Lady Shelley or Mv Antonia at the given location Important: Blue lagoon pass/qr code can be obtained from blcomino.com and choose one of the below options depending on your departure time from Sliema: - obtain morning slot for the 9am Sliema departure time; - obtain afternoon slot for the 9.30am, 10am, 10.30am and 1.30pm Sliema departure time; - obtain evening slot for 3pm Sliema departure time These qr codes/passes are mandatory if you wish access to the Blue Lagoon beach. Passes are limited and controlled by the Malta government so we recommend to obtain these passes asap.
