Itinerary

1. Puerto Juarez Cancun México

   Your adventure begins at our private pier in Puerto Juárez. Upon arrival, enjoy a light coffee break while meeting your guide and the rest of the group. Before boarding, your guide will provide a safety briefing, explain the day's itinerary, and share useful tips for swimming with the whale sharks. Once everyone is ready, it's time to board the boat and head out in search of these magnificent gentle giants.

2. Isla Mujeres

   After departing from our private pier in Puerto Juárez, you'll cruise across the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. Along the way, you'll pass the beautiful coastline of Isla Mujeres before heading farther offshore, where the sea transforms into deep, vibrant shades of blue. During the journey, keep an eye out for dolphins, sea turtles, rays, and seabirds, which are often spotted along the route. As you approach the whale shark feeding area, your guide will help you look for the first signs of these magnificent gentle giants, making the anticipation part of the adventure itself.

3. Isla Contoy

   Once we arrive at the whale shark area, the captain and guide will search for the best opportunities to safely approach these magnificent animals while respecting all conservation regulations. When it's your turn, you'll enter the water in pairs with your certified guide for an unforgettable snorkeling experience alongside the world's largest fish. Our small-group tours maximize your chances of enjoying up to two swims per person, depending on sea conditions, wildlife activity, and park regulations. Between swims, relax on the boat and watch the incredible action as whale sharks, giant manta rays, and other marine life feed in the crystal-clear Caribbean waters. This is a truly unique wildlife encounter and one of the most memorable experiences the Mexican Caribbean has to offer.

4. Playa Norte

   On our last stop, we'll anchor in front of the world-famous Playa Norte beach from Isla Mujeres. This idyllic spot is renowned for its soft white sands, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant atmosphere. We'll share a typical Caribbean lunch featuring delicious ceviche, creamy guacamole, and crunchy totopos. Afterward, celebrate the day by wading in the shallow, warm waters or simply relax and soak up the sun on the pristine beach.

How to use your ticket

What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, sandals, hat or cap. Biodegradable sunscreen: Apply before transportation and after water activities to avoid harming marine life. We recommend using t-shirts, hats, and towels for additional sun protection. Snorkel equipment is provided, but you may bring your own if preferred. Fees and Payments: $25 USD per person for federal marina and national park fees, payable in cash upon pickup. Bring cash for souvenirs and tips. Safety and Conduct: To ensure the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or displaying signs of intoxication. If intoxication results in tour cancellation, refunds will not be issued. Transfer Details: Transfer durations are approximate and vary based on traffic and time of day. Tour times may be adjusted in response to local traffic and weather conditions.
