Rio Secreto and Tulum Tour from Cancun or Riviera Maya Hotels

Overview

This excursion combines the discovery of the Río Secreto nature reserve and a visit to the Tulum site. The tour is conducted in a small group, with a maximum of 15 participants, and includes transport in an air-conditioned vehicle from your hotels in Cancun or the Riviera Maya. The experience at Río Secreto allows you to explore a preserved natural environment, considered one of Mexico's most distinctive reserves. For this stage, all necessary equipment is provided: helmet with lamp, wetsuit, life jacket, towels, and access to lockers. The programme includes a regional buffet and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages, photos, and souvenirs are not included.

Itinerary

1. Tulum Archaeological Site

   You will arrive to Tulum Ruins, where their guide will provide approximately 40 minutes of information about the área, as well as some instructions about the tour, so they can be able to enjoy almost one hour of free time before going to Río Secreto.

2. Rio Secreto

   When arriving to the reserve, one of our guides will provide them with safety measures and the necessary equipment. Before entering the mayan underworld, visitors will tour around the paths of our nature reserve, where they will receive a mayan welcome. You will walk and swim through beautiful natural cristal galleries, during a tour of máximum 1km, lasting approximately 1.5 hours.
