   07:30 – 08:00 | Our guide will pick you up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. 10:00 – 10:15 | Short break along the way for snacks, coffee, or restroom use before continuing the journey.

   11:15 – 11:30 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, board The Halong Catamaran and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink. 12:00 – 13:00 | Savor the lunch while cruising through the bay. * Water is served throughout the journey, any other drinks not mentioned will incur charges. If there are more than 50 guests, we will change from set menu to a buffet menu.

   14:00 – 14:45 | Explore the famous Bright & Dark Cave by kayak or traditional bamboo boat rowed by local villagers.

   15:00 – 15:45 | Enjoy swimming, the water slide, trampoline, outdoor jacuzzi, or simply relax onboard and admire the stunning scenery of Lan Ha Bay. 16:00 – 16:30 | Join a fun Vietnamese cooking class and learn how to make traditional fresh summer rolls. 16:30 – 17:00 | Relax with Vietnamese tea, fresh fruits, and cakes while enjoying the sunset over the bay on the return cruise.

5. Hanoi Old Quarter Vietnam

   17:15 – 17:30 | Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi via highway. A short rest stop will be made on the way back. 20:00 – 20:30 | Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

- For guests booking the transfer option, pickup is available from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter between approximately 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed before departure. - From July 1, 2026, buses with more than 16 seats cannot pick up in most Old Quarter areas between 6:00–9:00 AM due to new traffic regulations. Direct hotel pick-up is available at some hotels, while others require a short 2–10 minute walk to a nearby meeting point. Your exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed within 24 hours before departure via email or WhatsApp. - Guests traveling independently to Halong Bay should proceed to the Halong Catamaran’s Waiting area at the Gate 25, Tuan Chau Marina between 11h10 – 11h20 AM for check-in.
