We cannot guarantee you will be able to visit all the sites included in the tour if you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time. On these occasions, we are not responsible for any claim of refund or even partial refund! • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and Vatican Museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops are allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk being refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Your tickets will be held by the guide for collection on the day of the tour. You will be required to present this voucher. If you have purchased a discounted option, you will be asked to show a photo ID in exchange for your tickets. • We kindly inform you that any kind of disability (mobility issues, wheelchair, visual impairment, hearing impairment, etc. ) or anything that might prevent you from joining the tour regularly MUST BE communicated in advance to our staff. For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented. • You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Vatican Museums (Driver License, Passport or State ID all work.) You will be asked to also provide your name, last name and date of birth (at the beginning of the tour, if not provided beforehand.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and/or doesn't match the one on your ID. • Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour.
