Overview

Spend a full day on Kuata Island, a paradisiacal setting with turquoise waters and white sandy beaches, for a guided encounter with reef sharks. The programme combines catamaran cruising and marine exploration in a preserved environment. The main activity consists of a supervised snorkelling session where you can observe white-tip and black-tip reef sharks. These species, measuring approximately 1.5 metres, live in shallow waters, varying between 4 and 6 metres deep depending on the tide, making observation easier even for less experienced swimmers. The day includes a buffet lunch at Barefoot Kuata Resort, with a vegetarian option available upon request. Additionally, you have access to the Dive Shop area to use kayaks and paddleboards. Round-trip transfers are provided by catamaran from Port Denarau, with pre-booked coach links from Nadi, Denarau, Vuda, and Wailoaloa.
