Shopping, Sightseeing and Beach in Saint Thomas

Overview

This 6.5-hour excursion in Saint Thomas allows you to customise your day between shopping, sightseeing, and relaxing on the beach. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will enjoy a flexible itinerary tailored to your preferences. The service includes pick-up from your hotel or cruise ship. Throughout the day, complimentary drinks and snacks are provided on board the tour bus. You can choose your preferred beach. While Coki Beach and Sapphire Beach are free, access to Magens Bay requires an entry fee. Entrance fees for Coral World or other optional activities are not included.

Itinerary

1. Godfrey Tours

   Godfrey Tours will pick you up at your ship or hotel at and  take you shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Once done with shopping, you can board again for a scenic two hour sightseeing tour of the island. Our tour will take you to the Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard's pirate castles, then up to the highest point, the mountain top where you will find the famous rum daiquiri. We'll continue the tour and enjoy the view of Hassel island, Water Island, and the island of St. Croix along the way. We'll continue to Sir Francis Drake seat, (the British pirate) overlooking Magens Bay.  Once we get to the beach area, you can select the beach of your choice (Megan's Bay, Coki Beach or Sapphire Beach) and enjoy for another two hours after which we will take you back to your ship on time. Beach entrance fee is NOT included in package price.

2. Mountain Top

   Shopping Mall where you find the world's famous Banana Diaquiri.

   We stop and overlook Bluebeard's and Blackbeard's Castle.

   We stop and overlook Megan's Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Pickup

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

The meeting place for visitors coming in at West Indian Company Cruise Ship Terminal, also referred to as Havensight Mall, will be at the blue canopy in the parking lot next to gate number three (3). The meeting place for visitors coming in at Crown Bay Cruise Ship Terminal will be at the Windmill located in front of your ship in the shopping mall. 

How to use your ticket

• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

What to know before you go

• Pushchairs and strollers are permitted for babies and toddlers.
• Public transport is available nearby.
• Toddlers must sit on an adult's lap.
• Suitable for all fitness levels.
• If your ship is delayed, the provider will wait for your disembarkation to ensure the tour proceeds.
• Please bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and money for lunch and souvenirs.
• Personal belongings are secured in the front cabin of the bus during shopping or beach stops.
• For shopping trips, the meeting point is the Liberty Bell in Emancipation Park (note: shops close at 1 pm on Sundays).
• Access to Magens Bay is paid ($7 per person), unlike Coki and Sapphire beaches.
• Beach entry fees, Coral World admission, or other activity costs are not included.
• Free drinks are available on the bus throughout the day.
• The activity can accommodate up to 100 participants.
• Booking confirmation is immediate.
