  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Please arrive at the ticket redemption point at Vicolo del Farinone 23 at least 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time. Your booking confirmation/voucher is not the official entrance ticket and must be exchanged at our office before the visit. Our staff will assist you and help the group reach the Vatican Museums entrance on time.
  • Entrance tickets are issued in the visitor’s name. Please make sure the name provided during booking matches the visitor’s valid ID or passport. Incorrect names may result in refused admission, and corrections may not always be possible after booking.
  • Reserved entry helps provide more organized access to the Vatican Museums but does not bypass mandatory security checks. All visitors must pass airport-style security screening, and waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels and Vatican security procedures.
  • A respectful dress code is required. Shoulders and knees must be covered, and visitors wearing unsuitable clothing may be refused entry by Vatican staff.
  • Children aged 0 to 6 enter free of charge. Please include them in the booking so that the group information is complete.
  • Visitors with a certified disability of at least 67% are entitled to free admission issued directly by the Vatican Museums and should therefore not book this product. For visitors who are not self-sufficient, free admission is also extended to one accompanying person. Valid disability documentation is required.
  • This tour follows the standard visitor itinerary and is not wheelchair accessible. The Vatican Museums provide alternative accessible routes for visitors with reduced mobility.
  • The itinerary may vary due to Vatican crowd control, security procedures, special events, route changes or partial closures. When necessary, the guide will adapt the visit while preserving the main experience as much as possible.
  • This experience involves walking from the ticket redemption point to the Vatican Museums entrance and extensive walking inside the Museums. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended.
  • Large luggage, suitcases, oversized backpacks and other items considered unsuitable by Vatican staff must be left in the Vatican Museums cloakroom. We recommend travelling light and bringing only small personal belongings.
  • You will receive confirmation immediately when you book.
