Activity itinerary

The process starts when you book your transport service online. You’ll provide details like your flight information, hotel name, and contact info. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your booking details and instructions. Before you arrive in Jamaica, you’ll get a pre-arrival confirmation message or email with your pick-up time, location at MBJ airport, and your driver’s contact information. If you have any special requests or changes, you can notify us ahead of time. When you land at Montego Bay Airport (MBJ), your VIP driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. We track your flight to ensure there are no delays, so your driver will be there on time. They’ll greet you, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the VIP vehicle. You’ll enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle for the ride to your hotel. The VIP transfer ensures a personalized and luxurious experience, with plenty of space and privacy. You can relax and enjoy the scenic views of Jamaica as you make your way to your destination. If you’d like to make any stops along the way—whether for a quick snack, shopping, or a photo opportunity—just let the driver know. We’re happy to accommodate any detours during the ride to make your trip more enjoyable. Once you arrive at your hotel, the driver will assist you with your luggage and drop you off at the entrance. They’ll ensure you’re safely settled, and if you have any questions about your hotel or the area, feel free to ask for help. Your VIP transport service concludes once you’ve been dropped off at your hotel. You can rest easy knowing your arrival was smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. If you’ve booked a round-trip transfer, the same VIP service applies for your return journey to MBJ Airport. We’ll pick you up at the designated time and ensure you’re transported back with the same level of comfort and care.
