We will confirm your pick-up time, location, flight details (if applicable), and any special requests. Ensure your contact information is accurate and that you keep your phone accessible. 2. Pre-Arrival Preparation Our driver will be informed of your flight schedule or pick-up time. In case of flight delays or changes, we monitor your flight status to adjust the pick-up time accordingly. If you need to contact your driver before arrival, we provide direct phone or WhatsApp contact details. 3. Pick-Up Process After your flight lands, you will clear immigration and customs. Proceed outside the airport exit gate where your driver will be waiting, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. If you don’t see your driver immediately, stay near the exit; they will be nearby and attentive. The driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. 4. During the Transfer Vehicles are clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The driver will confirm your destination and any preferences (e.g., music volume, route). Safety is a priority: seat belts must be worn, and speed limits adhered to. If you have questions or need stops en route, communicate with your driver—they will accommodate reasonable requests. 5. Arrival & Drop-Off Upon arrival at your destination, the driver will pull up to the designated drop-off point (main entrance, lobby, or agreed location). The driver will help with your luggage if needed. Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. If you require assistance with check-in or directions, feel free to ask. The driver will confirm you have safely arrived and wish you well before departing. 6.
