Pickup available from all hotels in the following areas: - Kuta - Seminyak - Legian - Sanur - Nusa Dua - Jimbaran - Ubud Center Pick-up time: between 07:30 AM – 08:30 AM (depending on your hotel location). Our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and hold a sign with your name. Please wait in the lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

How to use your ticket

Please show your booking confirmation (mobile or printed voucher) to our staff upon arrival. For hotel pickup guests: - Wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. - Our driver will hold a sign with your name or the Balitabiyotour logo. For guests without pickup: - Go directly to Sanur Harbor at least 30 minutes before departure. - Meeting Point: Balitabiyotour Counter, Sanur Fast Boat Terminal, Jl. Matahari Terbit, Sanur. - Present your booking confirmation to receive your fast boat ticket.
