The driver arrives at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time in either a black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van or a white Ford Transit van, both clearly marked with our logo, and waits next to the vehicle holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Hotel pickups: The driver waits at the main lobby entrance with the sign. Guests should be ready in the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Vacation rentals or landmarks: The driver waits curbside at the confirmed address. If parking is restricted, the driver calls the lead traveler on arrival.
