Embark on a full-day excursion to Ha Long Bay, departing from Hanoi or Tuần Châu. Pickup

- 8.00AM is price option which is included in shuttle bus from Hanoi old quarter, we can pick up hotels in Hanoi old quarter or Hanoi Opera house from 7.30-8.10AM depending the locations (don't pick up from outside of Hanoi old quarter) - 11.30AM is price option which is not included in shuttle bus/ transfers to & from habour. This option for customers who depart from the Tuan Chau Marina habour. We don't have pick up services in Halong city but if customers book this 11.30AM option & want to book transfers services (Private car, no shuttle bus), pls contact us in advance to get the extra price information. - If customer's international cruise ship habour is Halong international cruise port -> We can arrange the cruise trip at the same habour, customers just need walk from their cruise ship to our point at 11.30AM (just 5 minutes) Please contact in advance by email or hotline to confirm!

• Assistance animals are welcome.
• Public transport is available nearby.

• A supplement of 15 USD per person applies for the Lunar New Year, from 5 to 9 February 2027, payable in cash.
• Recommended equipment: hat, sun-protective clothing, closed shoes or sandals, swimwear, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, reusable water bottle, snacks, raincoat, and insect repellent. Bring a jacket in winter.
• For Hanoi pick-up (7:40 AM - 8:20 AM), it takes place in the Old Quarter. For other areas, meeting points are at the Hanoi Opera House (before 7:30 AM), Hanoi Silk Path Hotel (7:45 AM), or Embassy Hotel (8:20 AM).
• It is advised not to give tips to local solicitations.
• Ha Long Bay is a very crowded site, especially in summer and on weekends.
• Debris may be present in the bay due to tides and currents.
• Respect for other travellers, local culture, and schedules is required.
• Water is free on the bus, but plastic bottles are banned on the boat and at sites. Please use flasks or glass bottles.
• For hotels outside the Hanoi Old Quarter list, contact the organiser via email, phone, Zalo, or WhatsApp to confirm the pick-up point.
• For international cruise passengers: direct walking access from Halong port around 11:30 AM. From Cai Lan port, a taxi to Tuan Chau (20 min) or a paid transfer is required.
• From 1 July 2026, tourist buses will no longer enter the centre of Hanoi's Old Quarter; the exact pick-up point will be confirmed before departure.
• The activity can accommodate up to 45 travellers.
• Confirmation is immediate upon booking.
