   Start your day with a relaxing 45-minute journey in an air-conditioned minivan from your Cancun hotel to Xplor Adventure Park. Once you arrive, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a range of exciting activities at your own pace.

2. ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Some zip lines take you into the depths of underground caves, where you’ll race through dark crevices and grottoes. One of the zip lines even ends with a thrilling splash into a sparkling cenote.

3. Amphibious Vehicle Ride Next, hop into a state-of-the-art amphibious vehicle and embark on a jungle adventure. Traverse off-road trails, rocky riverbeds, and suspended bridges on a 3-mile (5 km) circuit, discovering the diverse flora and fauna of the lush jungle.

4. Rafting Through Underground Caves For a unique experience, you can paddle a raft through mysterious underground chambers. Glide through caverns adorned with sharp stalactites and stalagmites, and take a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the underground caves.

- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To confirm your exact pick-up time and meeting point, please contact us at least 24 hours before your visit. From Monday to Friday, you may reach us through your reservation messages or by phone. On Saturdays and Sundays, our team is available by phone only to ensure a faster response and better assistance. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Priority Access means that upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm). - The time in your ticket is informative. - The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. - To confirm your exact pick-up time and meeting point, please contact us at least 24 hours before your visit. • Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
• It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
• Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
• For children under 1 mt tall activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
