Overview

Leave the beaches behind and explore the interior of Aruba on a half-day excursion aboard a Land Cruiser. Accompanied by local guides, you will traverse the island's rugged terrain to discover its history and natural sites. The highlight of this safari is the Natural Pool (Conchi), located in Arikok National Park. This oasis, surrounded by volcanic rock formations, offers crystal-clear waters where swimming and snorkelling are possible depending on weather conditions. The itinerary also includes stops at the iconic sites of Dos Playa Beach, the Indian Caves, Fontein Garden, and various rock formations. Snorkelling equipment and iced water are provided for the passengers' comfort. For morning departures, the adventure concludes with a local lunch. A pick-up service is included to facilitate your access to the activity.

2. Ayo Rock Formations

   Ayo Rock Formation are monolithic rock boulders on the Island of Aruba. Earlier settlers of Aruba called the Arawak people used to visit the rock formation so they can hear incoming thunderstorm closing in on the island. You will see their carved painting on some rocks.

3. Parc National d’Arikok

   The national park has many different sights and sounds. Depending in what areas you are, in the park you can see wild life, the tallest peaks in Aruba, stunning coastlines and arid vegetation that most people have not seen before.

4. Conchi Natural Pool

   Located in the national park, you will see the Natural Pool is made out of vulcanic rocks. It offers a wall of protection against the big waves from coming in. You will see that waves crashing at the back of the rocks, only to splash gently into the pool. You will see that it takes almost 100 steps to get down to the pool.
