Wrapped around granite boulders and swaying palm trees, this is an ideal spot for a swim, short walk to an iconic lookout and just to sit and take in the picturesque scenery. 2. Flagstaff Hill Lookout

   These views! Take a 360' look at this stunning coastline, over the islands and across the historical town of Bowen including Northhead Lighthouse built in 1867. A must stop for any traveler visiting Bowen.

Driving 1 hour north through the countryside and sugar cane in air conditioned comfort we will be stopping and enjoying the best of the region including the magnificent large fig trees. Bowen is sure to wow and suprise you.
