This Private van transfer service will pickup you up from your Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove hotel and transfer you to LAX Airport. Vans are air-conditioned, clean and hold up to nine (9) passengers per vehicle. Hotel pick-ups are scheduled to coincide with your flight departure time. Please provide your departing airline and hotel pick-up information at the time of booking. Reconfirmation directions will be provided on your pre-paid voucher which will be received after purchase.

Changes within 24 hours are based on availability. • Flight changes or connecting flight changes within 24 hours you must call 1-888-995-7433 and provide your new flight info. Failure to do so may result in service failures. AIRPORT DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS: Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For Hotel pickups please stand outside of the hotel lobby. Arrival Instructions • Upon arrival collect all of your luggage. • Then call Karmel Shuttle toll free at +1-888-995-7433 # 2 for dispatch. Provide the last name of the Lead Traveler or the BR-confirmation number and you'll be provided with instructions on where to meet your driver. • If you are delayed due to baggage claim or customs issues, please call Karmel Shuttle to advise of the delay. • If you encounter a last minute flight change (cancellations, delays, etc), you must call Karmel Shuttle as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in a no show and a refund will not be issued. Infant and Children Seats • Infants and children are not permitted to ride on the lap of a parent or guardian. Infants must have an infant carrier or car seat . Child seats are not provided, you must bring your own. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
