Please notify your order number or invoice number upon payment. Present your receipt and voucher upon check-in. Please arrive at the starting point 5-10 mins before departure time. • Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
• Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) Pick-Up Service: One complimentary pick-up service is provided per room within the designated time range. In cases of weather or flight delays, guests are responsible for their own transportation costs.
• Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
• Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
• Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
• Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
• Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
• Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
• Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
• Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
• Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
• Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
• Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. Room Selection For parties exceeding four guests or for those desiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings. Staying on the Same Bus To avoid being assigned to a different bus, please provide all confirmation numbers if you have multiple bookings once they are complete.
• Weight Limit Notice for Helicopter/Plane Tours:The maximum weight per guest is 300 lbs (136 kg). Guests over this limit may be subject to extra fees or denied boarding by the operator.Additional charges are the guest's responsibility. If denied for safety reasons, prepaid fees will be refunded.
• Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.
• Due to hotel availability issues, for the dates 05/18/2026 and 05/19/2026, the first night's hotel will be The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower or a similar hotel.
