Activity itinerary

Our Customer Service officers will meet you at the arrival gate with a placard displaying your  name. Upon meeting , you will be accompanied through Immigration,baggage reclaim,Customs and then accompany out to the arrival hall and handed over to the awaiting transfer. Send off Service: Our Customer Service Officer will meet guest at the airport drop off point with a placard displaying guest name. Upon meeting guest , CS Officer will handle the luggage and accompanied to check in counter to assist check in. After check in, guest will be escorted through immigration then to the departure gate. Meet & Greet Service for Arrival Gate Service Description:-  •Greeting with welcome placard at the Arrivals gate/Passenger drop off area/zone  •Escort through immigration counter  •Escort to baggage area and assist with baggage collection  •Escort through customs  •Escort to transportation pick-up point  KL International Airport (Arrival and Departure) - KLIA and KLIA2

How to use your ticket

On Arrival. If you have problems locating your representative in the airport please call 0060 10292 1982 and ask for assistance. Please do not leave the airport without contacting this number. On Departure Check-in deadlines may vary at different airports and for particular flights. Airports have long queues due to complex security checks. We suggest that you check-in early and proceed immediately to the departure gate or you may risk being left behind in security. Check-in counters (International Flights) Open: 3 hours before the scheduled time of departure Close: 1 hour before the scheduled time of departure
