Founded by the Loggia family, whose roots trace back to Sicily and northern Italy, Sovrano brings authentic Italian character to the Bay of Islands. PhatHouse Brewing Co., Haruru Falls Your final stop offers a completely different atmosphere. PhatHouse Brewing Co. in nearby Haruru Falls is a relaxed, welcoming brewery where every beer is brewed on-site using natural ingredients and served unfiltered, unpasteurised and preservative free.

   Founded in 2015, Caroline and Rob the owners are passionate about every stage of the brewing process. Their beers are made from natural ingredients, carefully crafted, unfiltered, unpasteurised, and preservative free. The brewery offers a wide range of beers from which customers can sample up to four different products of their choice.

   From here we move onto Sovrano Estate where the experienced Cellar Door staff will take you through a tasting of the latest release wines and liqueurs and will talk you through the family history beginning from their roots in Italy through to today in the beautiful Bay of Islands.
