Experience a 4 courses typical French dinner in a local's flat in a local's flat in Bordeaux city center. Since 2010, the French-style meal has been UNESCO cultural heritage classified. Food is a core element of culture so come and and get a taste of France throughout it's gastronomy. Duck is the epitome of Bordelaise food : you will taste magret(filet) or confit(breast) de canard. Enjoy a broad perspective on France unique relationship to food, sampling a large spectrum of dishes, home cooked with market fresh seasonal products, paired with 3 wines. The concept includes a maximum of 4 people. The dinner will be tailored to your taste. I can cater for all intolerances, dietary restrictions and allergies, as long as you let me know in advance. The menu will be sent to you the day before.
