Overview

This 6-hour excursion takes you to San Basilio de Palenque from Cartagena. Accompanied by certified guides from the community, you will discover the history and African heritage preserved for over four centuries. The programme includes a traditional music workshop with discussions with master musicians, as well as an introduction to the local language and traditional medicine. A traditional dance and music performance completes the experience.
