Private Gros Piton Hike in Saint Lucia

Overview

Embark on a private ascent of Gros Piton, the iconic symbol of Saint Lucia. This hiking trail, approximately 4 miles (6.5 km) round trip, leads you to the summit of a volcanic mountain rising to 2,619 ft (800 metres), via winding paths and steep slopes covered in tropical rainforest. The climb is punctuated by panoramic views of the island and the Caribbean waters. Accompanied by a certified guide, you will discover local flora, including giant gum trees and scaly-bark trees, as well as caves that once served as shelters during the Brigand War. The activity includes pick-up and return to your hotel or port, with a driver waiting for you during the hike. Water is provided for the trek, and a cold Piton beer awaits you upon descent. Depending on your location (North, South-West, Laborie, or cruise port), different transport options are available.

How to use your ticket

Private vs. Shared Hike Policy For bookings involving two or more groups on the same day, whether from the same hotel or different locations, the service will be shared. If you finish before the other party and prefer not to wait, transportation will be provided to take you back to your hotel. Please note: Upon arrival at the hiking area, this is where you would pay your entrance fee at the onsite payment office. This $50 Per Person Extra Entrance Fee - Is the government/regulatory charge that need to pay directly onsite. If you would like to extend your day, we can include additional stops for: Mud Bath (Sulphur Springs), Waterfall Visit, Lunch Stop. These are available at $30 USD per stop. Kindly let us know in advance if you are interested so we can plan accordingly. (Note well: All sites are within the same location as the hike) We also offer: Hotel transfers, Airport departure transfers, Friday Night Street Party trips, Private island tours.
