   Depending on your accommodation location, you will be picked up between 4.30 and 5.00 PM, between 4.40 and 5:10 PM, or between 5:10 and 5:40 PM. Visit Wat Umong. This temple set in the forest is completely different from other typical temples, this one is built inside a tunnel. Enter the tunnels of Wat Umong and see the impressive Buddha images. It doesn’t matter what religion you have. When you go inside the tunnel, it whispers to you the secrets of this world and the old history of this temple built in 1297.

2. Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep

   Visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, one of Chiang Mai’s most revered and iconic temples, located on the mountainside at approximately 1,056 meters (3,464 feet) above sea level. A popular Thai saying goes, “If you haven’t seen Doi Suthep, you haven’t been to Chiang Mai.” This reflects the temple’s importance as one of the city’s most beloved cultural and spiritual landmarks. Admire the magnificent Lanna-style golden chedi, beautifully decorated with engraved gold plates, and enjoy panoramic views of Chiang Mai city and the surrounding countryside.
