How to use your ticket

• Pickup time within 0-40 min of your selected time as per your location. • Please provide your preferred means of communication (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Call) and your hotel room number, if known.* (We will have to communicate with you in case of any pickup time changes Due to city traffic ) • Mosques Dress Code: Mosques have very strict dress codes when visiting. Women must wear long loose clothing, insure their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to cover their heads at all times. However, the company will provide long-local Abaya with a scarf (long black dress-attire). Men must not show above their knees and cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. What to know before you go

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Women should wear long, loose-fitting clothing that covers the arms, legs, and head. A long abaya and scarf will be available to borrow if needed. Men should ensure their shoulders and knees are covered, as clothing will not be provided
• The duration of the tour is 9 to 10 hours, depending on traffic.
• During any Presidential Events, Qasr Al Watan might shut down to the public without any previous announcements as it is a national palace
• Guided tours are not allowed within the palace; your guide will narrate important information about the palace before the visit

• Pickup is available from all the Dubai City Hotels, Apartments & Cruise Terminals (Port Rashid & Dubai Harbour). Pickup outside the city limit is available for an additional fee
