Ölüdeniz is not only famous for its laid-back tourism and its natural beauty, the magnificent mountain of Babadağ, which forms a dramatic backdrop to the resort, has made it one of the most popular places for paragliding in the world. Visit Ölüdeniz during the summer months and will nearly always see colorful canopies flying high above you, floating effortlessly through the air before they and the people they’re carrying make a smooth landing on the beach. Look closely, you’ll see that, although some are solo pilots, most are tandem paragliders with experienced pilots at the controls; it is they who take care of all the practical things, while you are having the experience of a lifetime. Located on the coast at 1960 meters, Babadag is pretty unique and flying like a bird from one of the several take-offs close to the summit, you’ll be sure to have an awesome paragliding experience too, and one that you’ll always remember.

Activity itinerary

Your paragliding experience... Once in the take-off area, your pilot will explain what you have to do... After a few steps down a gentle slope, the canopy fills out and you'll find you are off the ground and flying... You both settle into your comfortable seats and then it's all systems go. During the 25 to 45 minute flight, you will see this beautiful part of Turkey as you have never seen it before. Rising on currents of warm air you and your pilot, who controls how high and where you go, will soar over Fethiye's forests and mountains and glide over the azure waters of the Mediterranean... Before landing gently on the promenade behind the beach. It's all about your safety... The Sky Sports team has a safety record of second to none. With the emphasis always on safety and exacting company procedure, their experienced and highly qualified fly using only top quality equipment, which is professionally certified and maintained, and what's more, they never fly more than five times a day. Pickup

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

We have a pickup and drop-off service as follows; When staying in Fethiye, Karagozler, and Yanıklar we can only provide a pick-up before the first flight which is at 10 am pick-up will be 9 am. The return is after the last flight and will leave around 18:15-18:45. For locations, Hisaronu, Ovacik, and Liberty Lykia/Sentido there are pick-ups and drop-offs are before and between flights.
