During this gastronomic experience, you’ll be guided by both a skilled forager and a professional chef. You’ll explore the local flora and fauna, learn about traditional culinary practices, and craft a platter featuring the wild ingredients you’ve gathered from nature. This one-of-a-kind experience is truly unique and cannot be found anywhere else.

Itinerary

1. Your journey begins with a private transfer to the enchanting village of Mustafapaşa, an old Greek settlement. Upon arrival at the cozy lounge, you’ll be welcomed with a steaming cup of coffee or tea, as your host and expert chef weaves stories of the village’s rich history and culinary traditions.

2. Gomeda Vadisi

   Fueled by the warmth of the lounge, you’ll embark on a forager’s quest into the Gomeda Valley, a realm known for its diverse flora, hidden Byzantine churches, and age-old pigeon houses. As you wander the secluded pathways, surrounded by the valley’s untamed beauty, you’ll uncover wild greens, herbs, edible flowers and mushrooms—each a key to unlocking the culinary magic of this land.

3. With baskets brimming with your foraged treasures, you’ll head to the lounge, where the valley's bounty meets the kitchen's artistry.
