How to use your ticket

• Alhambra Tour: Hotel pickup in central Granada is offered, but for those staying outside Granada or if hotel details are not provided,the departure point is the “Welcome Visitor Centre Granavision” at 9:50am (Address:Paseo de la Sabika, 15 - 18009 Granada) • It is mandatory to present the original Id card or passport to access the monumental complex. Provide full names and passport or id number. • Hammam Arab Bath: The Hammam bath tour starts at 4 pm at Hammam Al Andalus Calle Santa Ana 16. Swimming costumes are mandatory at the bath, please bring your swimming costumes, towels and lockers are available at the Hammam. • Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises. • For reasons of sustainability and cleanliness we do not provide headphones. It is recommended that customers bring their own headphones, if you can not bring yours we can provide them for the price of 1€.
