Itinerary

1. Stingray City

   Your Grand Cayman adventure begins with pickup from the Seven Mile Beach area. Cruise guests meet at the Waterfront Centre, a short walk from the cruise port, while guests outside the pickup area or without hotel information meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, along the Seven Mile Beach corridor. After the ride to the marina, board your boat and cruise across the Caribbean toward Stingray City, one of Grand Cayman’s most iconic experiences. Then comes the moment you came for. Step into the warm, crystal-clear waters of the famous sandbar as majestic southern stingrays glide through the shallows around you. With water typically no more than 5 feet (1.5 meters) deep, you can experience these graceful creatures up close in their natural environment. Enjoy approximately 40 minutes at Stingray City, taking in the turquoise Caribbean, learning about the stingrays from your crew and capturing the kind of photos that become favorite memories of your Cayman adventure.

2. Star Fish Point

   Welcome to Starfish Point, where you can capture the mesmerizing beauty of starfish, shells and marine life in their natural habitat. Enjoy approximately 40 minutes in the clear, shallow Caribbean waters, taking in the scenery, capturing incredible photos and experiencing one of Grand Cayman’s most distinctive coastal spots before continuing your adventure.

3. Grand Cayman

   Dive into the crystal-clear Caribbean for the final adventure of the day. Your crew will select Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef based on the day’s conditions, choosing the spot with the best available visibility for snorkeling. Enjoy approximately 40 minutes exploring beneath the surface, surrounded by colorful coral formations, tropical fish and the vibrant marine life that makes snorkeling in Cayman unforgettable. After your final swim, climb back aboard and relax on the cruise across the Caribbean, taking in the views one last time before returning to the marina. Your return transportation completes the adventure: Seven Mile Beach guests return to their hotel or accommodation, cruise guests return to the Waterfront Centre for the short walk back to their ship, and Cayman Falls guests return to their original meeting point.

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

Cruise Ship Guests: Please provide your cruise ship information at the time of booking. Meet us at the Waterfront Centre, just a couple of blocks from the cruise port. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Detailed directions and meeting instructions will be provided after booking. Guests Staying on the Island: Hotel pickup is available within the Seven Mile Beach area only. Please provide the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup. Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Outside the Pickup Area / No Hotel Information: If you’re staying outside the Seven Mile Beach pickup area or do not provide your accommodation information at the time of booking, please meet us at Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in.

• Cruise Ship Guests: Please provide your cruise ship information at the time of booking so we can coordinate your tour with your ship’s schedule.
• From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.
• Tour Duration: Travel time is included in the total duration of the tour.
• Hotel Pickup: Complimentary transportation is available within the Seven Mile Beach pickup area only. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking.
• Outside Pickup Area / No Hotel Information: Guests staying outside the Seven Mile Beach pickup area or without accommodation information must meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin.
• Children: Snorkeling equipment is available for ages 4 and older.
• Flotation Devices: Flotation devices for children under age 3 are not available. Parents or guardians must bring an appropriate flotation device for younger children.
• What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen and a change of clothes if desired.
• Food & Drinks: Feel free to bring your own snacks, food or beverages if you’d like something additional or have a personal preference. Glass containers are not permitted on board.
• Reef Snorkeling Location: Your snorkeling stop will take place at Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef, selected based on the day’s conditions to provide the best available visibility and snorkeling experience.
• Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather. The tour will only be canceled due to weather or sea conditions if operations are restricted by the Cayman Islands Port Authority. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
• Wildlife: Stingrays, starfish and other marine life are wild animals in their natural environment; wildlife sightings and behavior may vary.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• Wheelchairs & Mobility: Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle.
• Boarding the Boat: Guests must be able to board and exit the boat independently. The boat sits approximately level with the dock, but boarding requires stepping across a wider-than-normal gap, so guests must have sufficient balance, stability and mobility to do so safely.
• Swimming Ability: Guests participating in snorkeling should be comfortable swimming in open water. Life vests and snorkel vests are available.
