The first place to be is the REUNIFICATION PALACE: One of the most unique and historically palace throughout Vietnam. Then, the next places will be NOTRE-DAME CATHEDRAL, and SAIGON CENTRAL POST OFFICE, just nearby the palace. Both of them are the symbols of Ho Chi Minh city. These Gothic styled French colonial building was physically being built around 1880- 1886. You will be able to see the impressive structures of OPERA HOUSE. The most important building of the City is the CITY HALL located at the end of the beautiful WALKING STREET - a must visit place in Saigon these days. Getting to the WAR REMNANTS MUSEUM.    WAR REMNANTS MUSEUM War Remnants Museum was operated by the Vietnamese government and established in 1975. It contains exhibits relating to the Vietnam War and the first Indochina War involving the French colonialists.

2. Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon

   Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon is a cathedral located in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Established by French colonists who initially named it Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Saïgon, the cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet).

3. Poste centrale

   Saigon Central Post Office was also built in the 1880s based on the design of Gustave Eiffel – a famous French architect. Tourists can come here and discover an ancient world of the old Saigon, from the post office boxes to phone.booths.

4. Saigon Opera House (Ho Chi Minh Municipal Theater)

   The Saigon Opera House was custom built in 1897 by the French architect Eugene Ferret. It is one of the top venues in Vietnam to listen to opera and classical music.

5. Nguyen Hue Street

   WALKING STREET NGUYEN HUE Nguyen Hue is the first walking street of Saigon. It is worth to spend a short time here and enjoy the crowded atmosphere of downtown or watch various architectures.

6. Emperor Jade Pagoda

   Jade Emperor Pagoda is the 100-year-old pagoda built by Vietnam’s local Chinese Cantonese community. It was visited by former President Obama in 2016, and listed at the top of Ho Chi Minh attractions

7. Beneath the house at 287/70 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City there is a secret basement. This place once hid more than 2 tons of weapons of the Saigon Rangers during the war against America to save the country, especially during the General Offensive and Uprising in the Spring of Mau Than (1968). Today, the younger generation and foreign tourists love to visit this secret weapons bunker in District 3 to learn more about the heroic fighting time of their ancestors.
