The Clock Tower in Kotor, built in 1602 at the order of Venetian governor Antonio Grimaldi, is one of the city's most recognizable symbols.

This is Saint Luke’s Church, one of Kotor’s oldest surviving buildings. It was built in the year eleven ninety-five during the reign of Serbian King Stefan Nemanja, a time of regional growth and spiritual development.
You’re now outside the Church of Saint Mary Collegiate, one of Kotor’s oldest and most venerated religious buildings. Built in the early thirteenth century atop a ninth-century basilica, it still shows visible transitions between architectural eras.
You’re now at the River Gate, also known as the North Gate, one of Kotor’s original fortified entrances. This structure was built in fifteen forty during Venetian rule and was designed as part of the city’s layered defenses against attacks from both land and sea.
You’re now standing in one of Kotor’s most meaningful spaces, a quiet square where two churches of different faiths have coexisted for centuries.
