3. Kultura is the main square of Tivat. It is the main place of recreation and entertainment not only for the guests of the city, but also for the locals. The center of the square is decorated with an anchor, mounted on a three-stage pedestal. It is a monument erected for the 100th anniversary of the Tivat Shipyard.
