Itinerary

1. Lago di Ledro

   Lake Ledro is often described as one of the most beautiful and cleanest lakes in Trentino, a true "suspended pearl" just a few steps from the busiest Lake Garda. If you are looking for a place where the green of the woods plunges into deep turquoise waters, you are in the right place. Here is an overview of what makes this body of water special: A Postcard Water The Badges of Lake Ledro are undoubtedly its changing colour, which varies from cobalt blue to emerald green depending on the light. Located at about 650 meters above sea level, it offers a cool and regenerating climate, perfect for escaping from the summer heat. Its waters are renowned for their purity, so much so that they are bathing on almost the entire coast. ️ History and Pile dwellings (UNESCO World Heritage) It is not just nature: the lake holds a unique archaeological treasure. In 1929, as a result of a drop in water levels, an extensive Bronze Age stilt house area emerged.

2. Old Ponale Road Path

   ️A Balcony on Lake Garda Inaugurated in 1851, the Ponale has been for over a century the only route for the Valle di Ledro. Today it is closed to vehicular traffic and reserved exclusively for hikers and bikers. Its peculiarity is the incredible exposure: you will walk on a rock ledge overlooking the turquoise waters of Lake Garda, with a view that ranges from Monte Baldo to Torbole. How to walk it In Mountain Bike: It is the iconic route par excellence. Climbing towards Ledro through the Ponale is the initiation rite for every biker who passes through these parts. Mediterranean atmosphere in the Alps Along the way you will smell wild rosemary and holm oaks, while the Ora del Garda wind will accompany you on the climb. At the end of the panoramic part, you can choose whether to continue towards Lake Ledro (which we talked about before!) or stop at the scenic Ponale waterfall.

Organic Philosophy and Resistant Grapes (PIWI) The peculiarity of Sartori Organic Farm is the courageous choice to grow PIWI vines (from the German pilzwiderstandsfähige), or vines naturally resistant to fungal diseases. Zero or near-treatment: Thanks to these varieties, the company drastically reduces its environmental impact, eliminating the need for pesticides even beyond the requirements of standard organic. ✨ The Farm Experience Don't expect an industrial winery; here the welcome is familiar and authentic : Vineyard Tastings: You can take guided tours starting from the rows overlooking the lake and ending with a platter of local products (cheeses and cold cuts from the valley). Picnic in the rows: They offer the opportunity to experience the vineyard in a Slow way, enjoying the silence and the view.
