Authentic experience, everything you will experience is real, from research in the forest to cooking. You will see the dogs at work and their relationship with the owner. You will enjoy the magic of the centuries-old woods with a description of the truffle habitat. We will welcome you into our home, you can participate in the preparation of the dishes and learn little cooking secrets. You will taste truffle-based tastings and an inevitable glass of good Tuscan wine. Upon request, a complete dinner based on all-you-can-eat fresh truffles is possible.

Activity itinerary

We will show you the activity of the truffle hunter in the company of a very special dog named Turbo!! The environments and life of the truffle, the work of the dog and the role of the truffle hunter will be described. After the lesson we will begin the truffle hunt, we will accompany you to the natural truffle grounds and upon return a tasting will follow. A full dinner is possible on request. Truffle cuisine will be described and how a dish is composed. A true reality show to experience together both in the truffle field and in the kitchen. Truly special experience, lived in unique environments within a culture rooted in the territory. The trees, the dog, the experience of man and the cuisine are the secret ingredients of this naturalistic-culinary tour. Each season has its own truffle, and each has its own combinations in the kitchen. The tour requires the presence of a few people in order to better savor the philosophy of this unique experience. The guide will facilitate the excursion by providing all the details.
