How to use your ticket

Please note: If you are going to be late, you must contact the local supplier, E Bike Tours - Fada Bike Marseille, by calling 07 82 00 73 47 (locally) or +33 7 82 00 73 47 (internationally). If you are coming from a cruise ship, you can ask the Cruise Terminal Tourism Office to call the supplier for you. If you get to the meeting point and the tour has already left, ask Cafe des Arts, next to the theater, to call the supplier for you. If you are late, or miss the tour and do not contact the supplier in advance, you will not be refunded. • Participants must know how to ride a bicycle • Minimum age is 12 years (to ride a bicycle) however, if younger child can ride a bicycle, will can allow him after a check. • Children 7 to 9 years must weight less than 35kg/77lbs • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Minimum numbers apply.
