Activity itinerary

Before the Cold Plunge we will do a wonderfull Hike, passing through dense humid andean forest, crossing the river multiple times and doing a few jumps. Then we will do the famous Wim Hof Method together in the cold water of the waterfall and later on we will enjoy amazing views while chilling on the top of the mountain.
