This is the smallest small group tour in the Yarra Valley offering a unique and intimate food and wine experience. Epicurean Food and Wine Tours include food and wine pairing and cellar door experiences that are fun and educational. From the start of the day you will be sharing your love of food and wine with guests that share the love of sightseeing and great food and wine. Enjoy the world class wines of the regions that include chardonnay, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, sparkling at family owned and operated wineries both big and boutique in this beautiful region. 1. Domaine Chandon

   Guided Sparkling Tasting at Chandon There's a particular kind of pleasure in tasting sparkling wine where it's actually made — in the Yarra Valley, where cool mornings and slow-ripening autumns give these wines their nerve and their finesse. Your guided tasting at Chandon is built around that sense of place, and around you: a small group, an unhurried pace, and someone walking you through every glass. This isn't a quick pour at a crowded bar. You'll settle in and taste your way through a considered flight of sparkling Take the time to enjoy a tasting of 5 sparkling foundation wines in the dedicated tasting room. You will have time to visit the gift shop and the terrace and take a look at the Homestead before heading to a wine tasting followed by lunch at Soumah or Tokar Estate.

2. Soumah

   Lunch is a true highlight of the day, enjoyed at Soumah’s restaurant, AI FIORI Trattoria where Northern Italian cuisine takes centre stage. Begin with a generous antipasti board, designed to share and showcase fresh, seasonal flavours, followed by your choice of main course. Your meal is perfectly paired with a glass of wine—personally selected as the standout from your earlier tasting—bringing the experience full circle. 3. De Bortoli Winery

   Your day includes a premium cheese and wine pairing at De Bortoli Estate, hosted in the exclusive VIP or Trophy Room for an intimate and elevated experience. Guided by knowledgeable hosts, you’ll enjoy a curated selection of cheeses perfectly matched to De Bortoli’s standout wines, including the iconic and multi award-winning Noble One—renowned as one of Australia’s finest dessert wines. This relaxed yet refined setting offers the perfect finale, bringing together flavour, storytelling, and a true sense of place in the Yarra Valley. Please note should De Bortoli be unavailable due to private events such as weddings, we offer an equally enjoyable alternative at St Huberts Estate, featuring a cheese board paired with their estate wines in a beautiful vineyard setting.

4. Heritage Golf & Country Club

   On the way back to your hotel, we drive into Heritage Golf and Country Club — two Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole courses, a residential estate, and home to the Yarra Valley Lodge Hotel. But the real reason we slow down here is the locals: a large mob of wild kangaroos that lives right on the course. We take our time, cameras ready, for what's often the most photographed moment of the day.

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

We pick up from all hotels and accommodation (out the front) in Melbourne City excluding Docklands. If the hotel is not listed please note in additional information. Central pick up location in Melbourne is Rendezvous Hotel 328 Flinders Street Melbourne at 9am
