Itinerary

1. Club Mobay Departure Lounge

   Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure): Head to the meeting point for your VIP Host. Fill out your immigration forms and fast track through customs and immigration. Your host will help you retrieve your luggage and escort you to the arrival lounge. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages, freshen up in the private restroom. When ready, you’ll be escorted to the transportation you have arranged. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival): After checking in for your flight, go to Club Mobay info booth, next to security and immigration. Check-in for your lounge access and enjoy expedited service through security and immigration. Club Mobay departure lounge is located next to Gate 12. Unwind, enjoy light fare, cold drinks, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. Use the Wi-Fi, showers or a mini treatment at the Mango Spa (spa treatments at your own expense). Kids can play in Pickney Place, a sound-controlled playroom, or if you are sans kids, enjoy the adults-only lounge.

How to use your ticket

IMPORTANT: If you were unable to add your Arrival and/or Departure Flight information during checkout (depending on checkout option selected), you must contact us at reservations@vipattractions.com or 1 876 619 1565 with that information. IMPORTANT: If your flight has changed from the original itinerary, please contact: reservations@vipattractions.com with the subject “Urgent Flight Change” or call 1 876 619 1565 *Transportation to/from your destination is not included in services ARRIVALS ONLY 1. Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed. 2. Check-in with your Club MoBay Rep who will review your Immigration/Customs forms. 3. You'll be escorted to the VIP Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed. 4. Once through Immigration, your rep will escort you to the Baggage Hall. 5. Proceed to the VIP Fast Track line in Customs hall. 6. You'll be escorted to the Club MoBay Arrivals lounge and greeted with a cold towel and refreshments. 7. If your hotel offers an arrivals lounge, our Rep will escort you to await transportation. 8. If you're being hosted by our Club MoBay Lounge, our Rep will guide you to your ground transport. DEPARTURE ONLY 1. Upon arrival at airport, complete check-in process with your respective carrier.  2. Proceed to Club MoBay desk near the airport’s security/immigration entrance, opposite check-in desk 28.  3. Present boarding pass or passport at Club MoBay desk and receive ticket. Club MoBay Services including VIP fast track are available ONLY to customers with a Club MoBay ticket.  4. Proceed to Club MoBay Fast Track entrance with your AIRLINE BOARDING PASS, CLUB MOBAY TICKET AND PASSPORT to present to security.  5. A Rep will guide you to the lines to expedite Immigration and Security. Your IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY FAST TRACK stub will be retrieved at the Immigration Desk.  6. Follow signs directing you to the Club MoBay Departure Lounge, located opposite gate 12.
