Activity itinerary

Enter the world of Phil the Flavours for an intimate Quebecois dinner in a small group. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, then you take your seat at the table to discover a four-course menu inspired by contemporary Quebec. Phil presents local and seasonal products, some boreal ingredients as well as the inspirations and techniques behind the dishes. We eat, we exchange, and we take the time to share a real Montreal table. The evening ends with a boreal infusion.

On the menu

  • Main course Duck with Quebec small fruits

Duck accompanied by Quebec berries and seasonal greens with brown butter.

  • Dessert Apple and hellebore dessert

Seasonal dessert around the Quebec apple, flavored with sweet clover, a boreal flavor reminiscent of vanilla.
