How to use your ticket

• You must present a printed or electronic copy of your voucher to board this tour • Vouchers can be redeemed on the bus at any of the stops along the route • With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out. • Tour starts at Balboa Boutique Plaza bus stop, although customers can join the bus tour at any stop along the route

• Buses depart from Stop 1 Balboa Boutique Plaza
• Monday - Friday: Departures at 8:30am, 9:45am, 11am, 12:15pm, 1:30pm and 2:45pm
• Saturday and Sunday: Departures at 8:30am, 9:15am, 10am, 10:45am, 11:30am, 12:15pm, 1pm, 1:45pm and 2:30pm
• Tour duration - 2.5 hours
• Balboa Boutiques Kiosk is open 8am - 5pm
• Ticket does not include lunch, entrance fees to other attractions or transfer to departure point
• Mobile and printed paper vouchers are accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
• Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
• Depending on the season, the number of buses in circulation may be adjusted, which could lead to changes in waiting times
• Due to a major fire and no access to the area, services bound for Stop 15 may experience delays or route changes. Stop 16 will temporarily be maintained but in the opposite direction; customers must walk about 3 minutes to reach the Old Town and begin their tour
