You’ve never done a cooking class like this before. Join us in the Eternal City for an afternoon of fun, friends, drinks and great food. There’s no better way to spend your holiday! In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef. We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Hugo spritz - because why not? • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• The meeting point may sometimes vary by day. If it does, we’ll let you know in advance—both spots are just a 5-minute walk apart.
• This experience isn’t suitable for infants. If they join, they must stay on an adult’s lap since no separate seat or workspace is available.
• Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants who have coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or follow a vegan diet. We also cannot accommodate lactose intolerance as we use dairy products.
• If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know in advance so we can figure out how to best accommodate your needs.
• Participants under 18 will be served soft drinks instead of alcoholic beverages.
