The Night Rainforest Hike provides you with a fantastic Rainforest Experience with big surprises as 80 percent of the rainforest wildlife is nocturnal, so this tour offers a great advantage for spotting local wildlife in its natural environment. During this guided night walk in Monteverde, you will explore the cloud forest with a local naturalist, using professional optical equipment to maximize wildlife viewing. You will have the opportunity to spot two-toed sloths, vipers, orange-kneed tarantulas, kinkajous, armadillos, bats, bioluminescent fungi, anoles, olingos, owls, and a wide variety of insects.
