Itinerary

1. Must visit the spiritual heart of the country. We will admire the colorful mosaics of the facade and go down to the Crypt to visit the tomb of San Óscar Arnulfo Romero, a site of world pilgrimage and historical memory.

   Tour of the majestic halls of this early 20th century building. We will walk among its 104 rooms to appreciate the original floors brought from Italy and the impressive neoclassical architecture where the political history of the country was written.

3. Iglesia El Rosario

   Do not be fooled by its concrete exterior. Upon entering, you will discover one of the most beautiful churches in America. Its architectural design creates a rainbow of natural light that bathes the altar. A perfect place for photography.

4. Club La Dalia

   We will walk through Plaza Libertad, the place where the city was born in 1545. Then we will go up to the historic Club La Dalia, the oldest social club in San Salvador. Its Art Nouveau architecture and bohemian atmosphere will take us back to the past.

5. National Theater San Salvador

   We will appreciate the elegance of the National Theatre (the oldest in Central America) and the Monument to Francisco Morazán. We will enjoy the safe and vibrant atmosphere of the square, surrounded by new shops and cultural life.
