How to use your ticket

Once booked, meet your driver at the designated pickup location at your scheduled time. Driver and vehicle details will be sent prior to your tour. Please Note: Arrive to your vehicle at least 10 minutes early. Vehicles depart on time (12:00 PM & 3:00 PM) to ensure all guests enjoy the full tour. Same applies for your return trip (3:33 PM & 6:30 PM) please watch for your drivers arrival. They will not leave the vehicle and will depart on time. Drivers are licensed, TNC-certified professionals. Please be respectful. No food or drink in the vehicle. Unopened bottles and purchases on your return are fine. Vehicles are assigned by group size (sedan, SUV, Sprinter, or Party Bus). Optional upgrades, extra stops, or extended hours available for a fee. No refunds outside standard cancellation policy.
