The winery tour will be followed by a guided sensory tasting session to capture and break down the different organoleptic profiles that participate in the complexity of our vintage and private reserve wines.    In our organic vineyard, you will be introduced, with clear and simple terms, to the different and complex ecosystems involved and the main agronomic techniques of environmental sustainability in the age of climate change.
