Vitosha hiking tour

Overview

The adventures and memories are the things, that make every man special. Vitosha mountain is only for you! This is the fourth highest mountain in Bulgaria and is the first national park in the Balkan peninsula for its species from the wildlife.

Activity itinerary

For less than half an hour by car from your hotel, you could reach the foothills of the mountain. Escape from the noise of the city and enjoy the beautiful nature among woods of pines and firs. The tour starts from the area of district Dragalevtsi, where one of the cable cars is situated. The tour includes one of the mountain peaks – Kamen del (1876 m). For this achievement, you will be awarded a magnificent panorama of the Bulgarian capital. After a short walk through the forest, you could see the Boyana waterfall, which is one of the most visited places. The last attraction of the tour will be the Boyana lake. The end of the hiking will be at the front of Boyana church, which is one of the best monuments of the Bulgarian middle ages.
