Check in at the gift shop (look for pirates) to receive your boarding pass. We recommend arriving AT LEAST 1 HOUR EARLY. John's Pass is a bustling tourist destination with heavy traffic, bridges and crosswalks along the way. Map your route the day before and allow enough time to park your car. We cannot hold the boat for late arrivals. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no shows. You may rebook your cruise for a $10 per person fee.
