Mt. Fuji and Fuji Speedway Tour (Optional Self Drive Experience)

Overview

For car enthusiasts this tour is an ideal way to experience both the world-renowned Fuji Speedway and the majestic Mount Fuji in one memorable adventure. A two in one package. Also for option you can self drive on the main track for additional fee. After meeting at your desired location in Tokyo, first we will head to Arakurayama Sengen Park. The most iconic view spot of Mt. Fuji. Once we finish with the view at the park we will pass by several more Mt.Fuji view spots before heading to Fuji Speedway. We will arrive about 11:00am and start with a general tour of the 4 tracks they have. You can also self drive one of our GT 86 for additional fee. You will also be required to have an international driver's permit accepted by the Geneva Convention to do this experience. After that we can have lunch at the famous Crane Cafe and check out the beautiful Fuji Speedway auto museum as well.

Itinerary

1. Arakurayama Sengen Park

   First we will visit the Arakurayama Sengen Park, located in Fujiyoshida City. It offers breathtaking views of Mount Fuji framed by the iconic five-story Chureito Pagoda, enhanced by seasonal beauty such as cherry blossoms in spring, vibrant autumn foliage, and serene snow-covered landscapes, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking Japan’s quintessential scenery and cultural depth.

2. Fuji Speedway

   Next we will visit the Fuji Speedway. Our guide will provide an orientation, sharing insights into the track’s history and its significance in international motorsport events, including its role in the Formula 1 calendar and the annual World Endurance Championship. We will visit several of the circuits within the speedway. If lucky you will witness a racing event or even a drift event depending on the day of the booking.

3. Lastly, we head to the Fuji Motorsports Museum, located on-site, where exhibits showcase legendary race cars, motorcycles, and the evolution of Japanese automotive design. The museum also features interactive displays and simulators, providing a hands-on motorsport history lesson.
