Itinerary

1. Piula Cave Pool

   8:45 am PIULA CAVE POOL: 45 minutes from Apia this is your first swim; this iconic freshwater spring pool, literally only metres from the ocean, sits beneath a historic church. We swim 25 metres into this, at first somewhat intimidating, cave but the experience at is end is the memory of a lifetime: looking back to the entrance you will be stunned at the colour of your legs underwater = a beautiful lite pastel blue hue!

2. Waterfall Sauniatu

   9:30 am SAUNIATU WATERFALL: 15 minutes from Piula 7 km inland brings you to your second dip under this rarely visited beautiful and pristine waterfall. Here you will be able to experience a few leaps into Sauniatu's deep waters.

3. To Sua Ocean Trench

   10:45 pm TO SUA OCEAN TRENCH: 45 minutes from Sauniatu you arrive at what is unquestionably the nation’s most renowned destination site. Brave the steep descent into the trench and swim 30m through a natural lava tube. Stroll around the lovely gardens and gaze over the beautiful volcanic coast.

4. 12:15 pm VAVAU BEACH Cove, 15 minutes from To Sua, where we will lunch and swim at one of Samoa’s hidden gems (only locals know this beautiful location). Here you will thoroughly enjoy your scrumptious lunch, along with a can of the "Taste of Samoa".

5. Togitogiga Waterfall

   2:00 pm TOGITOGIGA Falls is a half hour drive along the southeastern coast to your final swim. Refresh yourselves in these small but beautiful waterfalls. Take a jump over the falls - if you are game

6. Papapapaitai Falls

   PAPAPAPAITAI FALLS: Roadside stop to view the spectacular 110m falls, the highest in Upolu.

7. Apia

   3.30 pm You arrive back in APIA having completed a highly active but most memorable day in Samoa.
